All SMART Group trainers have extensive experience in developing and presenting a broad range of training workshops for healthcare representatives, managers and marketing personnel.
Training ranges from the entry level SMART Healthcare Representatives Couse, presented countrywide throughout the year in the main centres or by correspondence, to the specialised Advanced Product Management and Sales Management programmes.
The SMART Group also offers the National Certificate in Pharmaceutical Sales Representation, a nationally accredited programme. There are different platforms and programmes to obtain certification, including Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for experienced representatives.
The SMART Group will tailor training to the specific needs of teams in companies on request.
